The restaurant menu was crafted by Damien Ducharlet, an experienced chef who loves showcasing quality ingredients. True to his style, he favors gourmet recipes based on raw products, with a desire to share his passion for bistronomy.
At Roc Seven Cap Ferret, he reconciles the Atlantic and the Mediterranean, paying tribute to the Latin influences of the restaurant while highlighting the flavors of the Southwest region of France. Tapas to share as starters pay homage to Spanish influences, while a wide selection of homemade pastas and pizzas takes you on a journey to Italy. You can also indulge in Greek delights with shared mezze and tarama. The grilled meats and fish cooked in the Josper oven are a true delight!
As expected in Cap Ferret, Roc Seven Cap Ferret offers oysters, specifically No. 4 oysters selected from La Cabane du Mimbeau, part of Denis Bellocq's oyster farm (6th generation). Denis is a local producer who cultivates 90% of his oysters in the southwest part of the Grand Banc, south of the Île aux Oiseaux, the most suitable area for oyster refinement in the Arcachon Basin.A Generous Drinks Menu

Entirely envisioned by Véronique Vidoni, the interior decoration of Roc Seven Cap Ferret blends various Latin inspirations, mirroring the restaurant's menu. She drew inspiration from the colors, ambiances, and Mediterranean materials of her childhood, which she wanted to bring back to this warm and inviting place.
In the indoor dining area, a wall of niches reminiscent of Greek cavos can be found, along with round tables featuring central column-like pedestals and light travertine tabletops.
The floor is covered with Spanish terracotta tiles directly sourced from La Bisbal d'Empordà, a renowned hub for terracotta production in Spain. It is also where the numerous pottery pieces and plants adorning the restaurant were discovered. From behind the bar to the lounge area, a whole wall pays homage to Spain with a non-woven wallpaper that immerses us in the urban landscape of the Spanish village of Valldemossa in Mallorca.
When it comes to fabrics, from sofas to armchairs, each differs in color and texture, creating a warm range of beiges, sand, and pink hues. All of this creates a gentle, convivial, and soothing ambiance.
