Charming hotel, tastefully decorated, enhanced by a premium view of the bay. Luxury, spacious, and very pleasant room (4/5 for the constant noise from the ventilation system, which is a shame). Regarding the quality of service, it's not worthy of a 4-star hotel. Approximate training equals approximate service. Everyone acknowledges shortcomings or failings, but absolutely nothing is done to "forgive" them. A team so confident in their product that they simply acquiesce, which is a shame. "Pay, be king, but at home."

Very well-located hotel, right on the beach, which offers very nice services. Very warm welcome too.

A general opinion equivalent to what this hotel should be, a 3 star. Ideal location, But! Small room, not a bottle of water, mini-inch bathroom (impossible to put a toiletry bag on the cabinet) smell of rising sewer, anecdotal view of pool (fortunately the sailing club was not open the day we were there), parking (12€ per day) yes but 200m from the hotel, laundry bin and vacuum cleaner in the corridors permanently..... in short it would be a "correct 3 star" hotel but there it appears 4 stars with the prices that go with it and not the standing or the quality. For the same price (€350 night and breakfast) at the same time (the previous weekend) we stayed in a 5-star hotel in Biarritz with a sea view (and nothing to compare in terms of quality and customer service). They took care of the decor to optimize profits while forgetting everything else... a priori also be careful if you have animals it's 30€ per day more per animal without service plus it's an animal tax 😂 (customer encountered at the same time as our night). Don’t be fooled by the presentation video which does not necessarily correspond to reality….

The hotel is nice, with well appointed rooms and nice bathrooms. The whole place is a bit like toy town. It's tiny. Having said that, it has everything a good hotel should offer- a nice, all be it...
