Since 1953, 42 avenue de l'Océan in Cap Ferret has been an iconic place for meetings and festivities. Originally, this place hosted an ice cream tasting before transforming into a dance space. In 1983, the Green Mango, a famous nightclub, opened its doors, marking the memories of our elders. In 1990, Le Six took over, offering a space where people could shake their hips until the end of the night. In 2021 and 2022, a summer guinguette was created, transforming the place for the summer.

The transformation into a hotel residence

Today, this legendary place has become a family hotel residence with a guinguette. The owners have worked with conviction to promote biodiversity and short supply chains in construction in order to reduce the impact on the environment as much as possible. The Kaze Océan Cap Ferret hotel residence, The Originals Relais, now offers a friendly and exchange space.
