One star is way too many, but I can't give it a zero. Due to a death in the family, we cut our vacation short. So I returned the bike on Monday morning—knowing that I rented it from Sunday to Friday for €120, which I found very expensive—there was no empathy from the seller, and no refund possible. Avoid!
