We booked bikes online to pick them up in Arès. Easy and convenient booking process. When we arrived, the person was quite friendly even if it didn't seem like it was his natural behavior. On the other hand, the bikes are poorly maintained: my bike had a bent wheel and the handlebars were twisted. My partner's bike had a tag-along bike for our son that was poorly attached and therefore twisted all the way. I think the bikes are not well maintained. When we arrived, he dropped them and said "oh, it won't fall any lower"...
