Since its takeover in 2015, by brothers Julien and Ghislain MIAILHE, the château has prospered, cultivating various grape varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. These three grape varieties grow on 20 hectares of varied soils, ranging from pure gravel to gravel on clay and clay-limestone. 

Château Carrosse Martillac's vineyard parcels, bordering prestigious estates such as Château Smith Haut Lafitte and Château Larrivet Haut Brion, bear witness to the exceptional quality of its terroirs. With the highest parcel in the whole of Pessac-Léognan, optimal ageing of the Cabernet Sauvignon plants is guaranteed. 

Committed to preserving the environment and the health of its land, the MIAILHE family has implemented environmentally-friendly practices, obtaining HVE4 (High Environmental Value) certification in 2024.
