Campsite ideally located on the Arcachon basin. Warm and helpful welcome. Large pitches, with trees and a flowered campsite. Very pleasant heated swimming pool. Rejuvenating and relaxing stay.

We booked for Easter weekend, a rainy weekend but we still wanted to enjoy it with family. When we arrived we were received by the boss, a little bitter, but he still offered me the rental of the baby bed so I didn't really calculate his way of speaking. On Saturday evening, wanting to enjoy the barbecue despite the rain, we noticed that it wouldn't light, we thought there was no more gas, I called reception, I explained the problem to them and to my greatest surprise the boss replied "so what!!!" Well, I would like you to do something and then he says “we’ll try”. He comes back a few minutes later with a gas cylinder, changes it and dares to say that it's us who don't know how to light a barbecue. And also points out to us that the parasol is for the sun and not for the rain. Sir, I want to tell you that your behavior is deplorable, in this profession you must be friendly and available to your customers. Furthermore, I don't think that my family and I are annoying and unpleasant people, we don't deserve such behavior. We paid for our stay and you ruined it, plus the cleaning of your mobile man leaves something to be desired. It was left cleaner than when we arrived. In any case you should take an example from the nice lady who was also there when we arrived if you want people to come back to your place. For our part, we will never set foot in your home again!!
