The place

Located 20 minutes from Bordeaux , in the commune of Lignan-De-Bordeaux, the Château de Seguin and its 90 hectares of vines is an emblematic property of the appellation . It offers different wines from 5 typical Bordeaux grape varieties : Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot. Concerned about its environment , the castle is currently in Organic Agriculture conversion as well as certified High Environmental Value.

The Cottage

Take possession of the Château de Seguin, an 18th century building with an area of 530m² offering all the comforts of a large residence :

On the ground floor , its lounges, its billiard table , its glass roof , its equipped kitchen and its dining room are at your disposal for your convivial moments : meals, cocktails, board games...

On the 1st floor, 6 bedrooms all equipped with a private bathroom :

• Pauillac room: Queen Size bed, private bathroom + WC
• Pomerol room: Queen Size bed, private bathroom. WC on landing.
• Saint Emilion room: Queen size bed, private bathroom. WC on landing.
• Sauternes room: Queen Size bed, private bathroom + WC
• Bordeaux room: Queen size bed, private bathroom. WC on landing.
• Margaux room: 2 beds of 90x190 cm which can form a double bed on request. Private bathroom. WC on landing.

In summer , its private swimming pool will provide an intimate and refreshing setting . The pool area has deckchairs, a large table, chairs, barbecue and Pergola

The rental of the castle gives access to the 2.5 hectare park for meals or outdoor activities.
Dancing evenings prohibited – for any dancing event we offer a reception room .

A tasting tour is offered to our guests staying in the rooms and at the gîte, depending on the available slots
