Yoga brings us a form of serenity and calm. The postures help us to calm our mind, to come back Here and Now. You can be a beginner or an experienced yogi.
We offer an hour of Yoga with postures or Asana, focused on breathing in order to circulate energy and stimulate your senses. So you can approach the tasting in Full Consciousness. Your course will be broken down into Pranayama or breathing, Yoga posture for anchoring, a guided meditation followed by a wine tasting. Also visit the property.
