  Definitely the best view of the cathedral! It's narrow, and there are a lot of steps, but if you can do it then it's worth it. There's a great view of the city as well. Hopefully the scaffolding will be off of the other major tower soon.

  You should definitely go to the top. 203 steps but it isn't that difficult and well worth the climb. You will have fantastic views of Bordeaux from all directions and get a birds eye view of the church.
