  We came to celebrate my son's 9th birthday on August 29th. We had a wonderful time; he loved having his birthday party with you. Thank you so much to the whole team for the organization and for being there for every moment of his birthday!

  Very bad experience I was simply picking up my daughter from a birthday party. I was able to enter the store without any problems in the afternoon. In the evening, when I came to pick her up, everything escalated because of a small multi-tool keychain (flashlight, bottle opener, small tools), and of course, I'm not talking about a Swiss Army knife. ........................................ EDIT FOLLOWING YOUR RESPONSE: Unfortunately, your response omits the most important point. At no point did your agent offer to let me hand over my keychain to collect it at the exit. He made repeated remarks to me, first in front of the parents and then outside, where he clearly presented me as a dangerous person and informed me of my expulsion. It wasn't a "blade": it's a small multi-tool attached to my keys, including a bottle opener and a tool that doesn't cut. The tool is used to remove wax from wine bottles and is 1.7 cm long. It's a keychain, I remind you. You're also misrepresenting my words: I simply explained that if I needed to protect myself from anyone, it would be from certain men, not that I myself was dangerous. Furthermore, your agent took it upon himself to bring it up again 30 minutes later with the parents of the children at the birthday party, even though the incident was over. I fully understand that an establishment needs to enforce its rules. However, I object to the way this was done and your rewriting of the facts today. I fully understand that an establishment might refuse this type of item (and even then...). However, I absolutely do not accept the way I was treated. The security guard acted aggressively towards me, then entered the establishment to get me in front of the other parents, claiming that I was taking too long to collect my daughter. He then made another snide remark in front of everyone, even in the street as we were leaving, and shouted at me that I was banned from the establishment and that I was dangerous. I'm a mother, I come regularly with my children and my partner, and I've never had the slightest problem in any other establishment, including parks, monuments, or public places. For a simple multi-functional keychain, this way of humiliating and intimidating a mother who came to pick up her child is frankly disproportionate and unacceptable. We were regular customers. That's it for us.
