Château Vieille Tour, a 16-hectare family property nestled in the Côtes de Bordeaux on the right bank of the Garonne, embodies winemaking tradition and ecological innovation. Located in the heart of rolling landscapes, this vineyard benefits from south-facing slopes, offering ideal conditions for growing vines.

Jérôme Gouin , owner-harvester, perpetuates his grandfather's wine heritage by cultivating his vines in a traditional and eco-responsible way. The clay-limestone terroir of Château Vieille Tour, with its well-ventilated slopes, allows optimal maturity of the grapes and ensures excellent health of the vines. This unique terroir, located in the prestigious Cadillac region, in Côtes de Bordeaux, gives the estate's wines exceptional quality.

Alongside his wife Béatrice-Anne, Jérôme recently rethought the estate's commercial strategy, placing emphasis on the sale of bottles to individuals and for export. Together, they redesigned their range of wines, while integrating eco-responsible practices. The preservation of biodiversity is at the heart of their concerns, with the planting of fruit trees and the use of horses for manuring and fallowing.

The couple also developed a wine tourism activity, “La Bulle Verte, tranquil exploration”, offering tours on electrically assisted mountain bikes. This initiative allows visitors to discover the wine and natural heritage of the estate in slow tourism mode, thus sharing their passion for wine and terroirs. Château Vieille Tour is not only a place of wine production, but a true haven of peace where tradition and modernity meet harmoniously.
