  I can only give the campsite 5 stars because it's simply legendary. I've been going there at least once a year for 15 years. Unfortunately, there have been a few developments that I don't like, but 5 stars nonetheless. 1. The prices have been adjusted not only for inflation but also beyond. Of course, you can argue that the 4 stars are an upgrade, but for me, as a regular camper, little has changed from 3 to 4 stars. 2. Many former tent pitches have been taken over by tiny houses and other bungalows; as a regular camper, you're now in the minority. 3. Since this year, the small supermarket has been replaced and made smaller or more expensive. I don't know if it's still run by the former owners; they were always very nice. 4. The crepe seller was forced out of the campsite. We met him again in Lacanau-Ocean, where he opened his own shop. There he told me that he was laid off after taking over the campsite after 20 years of operation. Regardless, it's still the best campsite, just love.

  A beautifully located and well-maintained campsite. Very friendly staff. Beautiful beach with a great bar. Unfortunately, we didn't get a spot on the shore, even though we asked and there were several available. The pitches in the forest are also OK, though. The restrooms were clean and OK. Unfortunately, there was no soap at the sinks, no toilet seats, and no toilet paper. It was a bit strange sitting on the ceramic and bringing your own toilet paper. The showers lacked water pressure. It took quite a while to get wet and rinse off. If you can live with these things, this is definitely a great campsite for you.
