  We had an amazing stay at tedey, we reserved the superb tiny home but was not good for sleeping with a baby. We reached to the staff and they were super friendly and promptly offered us an alternative that was very helpful.

  We used to stay there every year with our children. This year will be the last. We were overcharged after a two-day stay for equipment returned dirty even though we hadn't used it (microwave/recycling bin, it's easier for management to check that we also dined in their restaurant during that weekend). We were not informed that we had to take photos upon departure, otherwise we could have even wiped down this equipment that we hadn't used. There is no way to prove our good faith despite our impeccable history with this campsite and no listening from them. We will not be coming back because of these thug methods and this obvious theft. The whole family is very sad to give up this habit that we had for several years of going to this campsite (sometimes even several times a year). It will remain a bitter experience.

  Disappointed with our stay this summer. After booking, we were assigned a pitch located right next to the laundromat, which at first glance might seem convenient, but for the peace and quiet, we received zero points because it's allowed to operate at night, and we were allowed to use it for all 7 nights. It's already very noisy during the day; it might be wise to seal off this pitch or prohibit access to the laundromat after 10 p.m., but we were told that wasn't possible. And next to the laundromat, there's a block of toilets, including three squat toilets, in a deplorable state, whose odors reached our pitch. We went to report this to reception and were told that this block was closed and that it wasn't possible, even though we had a front row seat to see people using them despite their filthy condition (photos attached; fortunately, they spare you the odors). Nothing happened during our stay; there were constant unpleasant odors. As for the large restrooms, the cleanliness also leaves something to be desired, and with the lack of respect from users, we resigned ourselves to having to use a squeegee before and after showering... Same goes for the toilets. For a 4-star hotel, there's no toilet paper, so I saw a response from a guest that it was due to the excessive use of toilet paper by some campers. I'd rather say it's one less thing to manage..., no swimming pool, no lighting at night, and access to a pseudo-beach... The campsite is too large (468 pitches, 77 MHs, 55 lodges, and 6 tiny houses) and very expensive, not at all up to 4-star standards. We do not recommend it and will not return.
