  We have rented a premium e-bike for two days and two normal bikes for 3 weeks. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The e-bike was very good (good range and powerful motor). We had a problem with one of the normal bikes. They swapped it without any hesitation.

  We used this cycle hire for the first time as our usual choice was closed, a lovely bike shop with friendly supportive staff. Lovely bikes, good condition, easy to ride and adjust. Will likely use them next time!
