    • The Blaye soap factory, a shop selling natural soaps, fragrances and home decor

Opposite the Blaye citadel and the ferry terminal, you'll find Florence, a nature and cosmetics enthusiast. Driven by a desire to share her passion, she opened a boutique in 2019 focused on local sourcing and sustainability, offering soaps and raw materials made in France. Treat yourself to a fragrant souvenir and visit the Blaye soap factory.

Organic and responsible gifts to pack in your luggage

      • Florence has thousands of ideas for spoiling her loved ones with 100% natural products.
      • Basic scented soaps for the body and hands
      • Specific soaps made with clay, donkey milk or goat's milk
      • The real basic Marseille soap
      • Solid shampoos, deodorants and toothpastes
      • Organic laundry detergent, black soap, baking soda
      • Bath products such as bath bombs, bath salts, or bath milks

The cosmetics are tailored to every skin type, whether dry, oily, or prone to eczema. Many brands already trust them, such as Panier des Sens de Provence, Laboratoire Payot, and small manufacturers like the master soap maker in Limoges: Nature et Limousin. So, what souvenir would you like to take home ?

Discover eco-friendly equipment for the whole house at the Blaye soap factory

At Florence's, it's not just soaps! Everything is designed to equip your home with responsible and biodegradable products, for an environmentally friendly approach you can take home with you:

      • Soap dishes and soap dispensers, bamboo toothbrushes
      • Zero-waste products such as reusable wipes or soap in a dispenser (refillable in bulk)
      • Baby products used in maternity wards, free from dyes, additives, preservatives or endocrine disruptors, for the well-being of little ones.
      • Soap pouches, toiletry bags, hair clips and scrunchies for children made by a local seamstress
      • Napkins, tea towels, bags, trays, tableware or cushions, handcrafted items designed by Sophie Jasnière from Nantes
      • These candles are made from 100% biodegradable soy wax thanks to their wooden wick. As the wax melts, it releases a pleasant essential oil scent and reveals a semi-precious stone, like a fragrant surprise.

The Blaye soap factory is a must-see on the banks of the Gironde estuary. All you have to do is choose your souvenir and head home to enjoy it !
