  In SEA Kayak accompanied by our state certified guide who will be there to introduce you to the handling of boats, enjoy navigation on the last kilometers of fresh water before going to join the rising tide and the Bassin d'Arcachon . This walk is particularly suitable for beginners, the navigation is easy and you will enjoy several stops for bird watching in the immediate vicinity of the Teich Ornithological Reserve. Outing of around 3h30 (there and back to the tip of Teich) .
  
  In COMBINED Reserve and LARGE CANOE Go on foot to discover the Ornithological Reserve of Teich, the return will be original: by the Delta of the Leyre in large collective canoe. The activity is supervised by a naturalist guide and lasts about 4 hours.

A pleasant and relaxing place, good food, but negative point, the management of the heating which did not allow me after a kayaking session, to dry my belongings on a radiator with BAD weather outside (light rain and high humidity). Which means you have to lug around wet things!
