I took a cookie; it was dry and hard, like a Breton shortbread, but even worse. Don't be fooled by the aesthetics; you won't get your money's worth.

We came for a gourmet break and we were not disappointed! Friendly and fast service on the terrace. I had the Arvin pastry: Crunchy Shortcrust Pastry - Pistachio Crispbread - Saffron and Rose Cream - Saffron Whipped Ganache - Pistachio Praline = a delight!! The execution is superb, neither too heavy nor too sweet, a perfect balance, and for only €6!! The quality and generosity of the pastry far outweigh the price; go for it for pistachio lovers. Local products as much as possible. I hope to one day return to Bordeaux to try the hazelnut version, which looks just as incredible. Bravo to the pastry chefs!!
