  Quelques jours pour le réveillon dans ce lieu incroyable.Malgré un petit soucis à notre arrivée avec l'équipement de la chambre, Nikola qui nous a réceptionné,a tout de suite pris les choses en main pour nous apporter une réponse positive et sérieuse.De l'accueil, au départ... Nous nous sommes sentis agréablement bien... et très heureux...On ne voulait plus partir 😅. Le restaurant/bar sont de bonnes qualités,le repas/service est excellent, et nous avons pu profiter de ces soirées avec notre champagne préférée 🙏🏻. Merci pour l'attention et surprise à notre arrivée dans la chambre... j'ai adoré le tourne disque 👌🏻 et les produits de bains locales sont excellents (Oceapin). Nous avons passé une commande par la suite 😅,en bref ,un lieu parfaitement adapté à nos besoins dans un style génial. Nous reviendrons prochainement sans aucune hésitation et je tiens à remercier Nikola pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme de grande qualité mais aussi tout le personnel que nous avons croisés ... Vraiment, bravo et merci à vous tous 😇 . Bonne continuation l'équipe 🙏🏻

  Hello, I wanted to give you some feedback following my stay at your hotel. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The reception staff were particularly warm and professional. I was also pleasantly surprised by the baby equipment provided in the room (bottle warmer, bathtub, diaper pail), which greatly facilitated our stay. This is a real plus that I wanted to highlight. However, I was a little disappointed by the service in the restaurant, especially at breakfast. I found the staff's welcome and attitude less professional and sometimes lacking in spontaneity. For example, when ordering a glass of Prosecco, I was asked for my room number twice, which led me to believe that the bill would be charged to my room. However, I was then approached as I was leaving the dining room to pay. It would have been more appropriate to inform me directly at my table. Beyond this incident, I felt a certain distance in the service, with an attitude that was sometimes a little rigid and unfriendly, which contrasted with the otherwise very pleasant experience offered by the hotel. I wanted to share this feedback in a constructive spirit, as the stay was overall very positive. Sincerely,
