From the check-in to check-out, the staff at this hotel was amazing. First class and very professional. The amenities are great too. I love how they have kitchenettes each floor with drinks, refillable flat and sparkling water and some snacks. The rooms are clean and spacious. We had to take the cab early to the train station and the staff made the to-go coffee for us! A little stuff like this makes the stay so much enjoyable. We would def come back and stay here again!

Designed hotel in the centre of Bordeaux. Excellent reception staff, friendly and helpful. We booked throughout Amex Platinum and were told that we would be upgraded if available. At first we were checked in quite small rooms and on second floor, went to inquire for upgrading. The reception guy on night shift was able to change to higher floor with slightly bigger rooms though still small if looked at the floor plan put up behind the entrance door. Rooms are well equipped with all necessities with very modern touch. Breakfast spread was decent and able to order made to order egg dishes. However different day got different portion of the same dish( scrambled eggs). Delicious croissants and cakes. There is a shopping mall nearby and tram is just opposite, very convenient to commute to the Bourse and the nearby. We stayed for 2 nights with very tight winery visit and didn’t have a chance to explore more of the property. Highly recommend!

Newly opened hotel with a pleasant and welcoming staff. We were checked into a spacious corner room with a panoramic view. The hotel's design, led by architect and designer Nicolas Adnet, is stylish and attention to detail. However, despite being a new hotel, there were some issues: * The room lacked a coffee machine and a proper workspace for a computer. * The soundproofing was subpar, as we could hear music from the restaurant's New Year's Eve party until 2 am. * A false fire alarm disrupted our sleep at 3 am, and the evacuation process was chaotic and dangerous, with guests crowding the narrow stairs in their pajamas. The alarm was apparently triggered by someone smoking in their room, but the hotel's response was inadequate and put guests at risk. As an architect specializing in high-rise projects, I understand the importance of: * Access to emergency stairs * Proper staff training * Modern fire safety systems that can pinpoint the location of a triggered sensor and allow staff to respond quickly without needing a full evacuation. I am disappointed that these systems are not installed or staff were not trained properly. The hotel staff was apologetic and offered free parking, but this does not make up for a ruined night's sleep. Overall, our stay was a disappointment and left a negative impression. I would suggest the hotel address these issues to improve the guest experience, including: * Installing modern fire safety systems * Providing proper staff training * Ensuring soundproofing is adequate * Providing coffee machines and workspaces in rooms * Improving the evacuation process in case of emergencies Until these issues are addressed, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

room was clean but tiny and most important, no space to store our belongings, making it very annoying to keep every item in our suitcase the whole stay.
