  From the check-in to check-out, the staff at this hotel was amazing. First class and very professional. The amenities are great too. I love how they have kitchenettes each floor with drinks, refillable flat and sparkling water and some snacks. The rooms are clean and spacious. We had to take the cab early to the train station and the staff made the to-go coffee for us! A little stuff like this makes the stay so much enjoyable. We would def come back and stay here again!

  We arrived an hour or so before the official check-in and was told the room was not ready. No problem as we expected we were early and would have to wait. We checked our luggage then went over to the restaurant and grabbed some food. The receptionist told us she would text/call when the room was ready. 2.5 hours later we go and ask a different lady about our room and she said "Oh, yeah, your room has been ready for over an hour. The previous girl didn't want to notify you and asked me to and I forgot." Really? She didn't want to do her job...and then the second person forgot. Issue number two. We had bought one bottle of wine from a winery tour we did with the thought of drinking it on our last night. Well, someone went into the room and stole the bottle. When we notified the staff, they said "ok, what do you want us to do?" No apology, no how can we make it up to you, nothing. The rooms are decent but BEWARE.

  Our first visit to the city was greatly enhanced by this Hotel and what it offers. We had come from a family wedding with other members of our family for a few days to relax and recover from the celebrations. The first thing that hits you is the tram from the airport virtually drops you off at the doorstep (and 2 stops further on the tram is the begining of the old city with all the bars, restaurants and small squares with great vibe). When you check in, the staff are so welcoming and friendly without being overly intrusive and they remember you throughout your stay. The decor and feel of the entire hotel if cool and straight out of top class Pinterest set. Rooms are really comfortable and great bathroom. From the outside the hotel looks like an old office block from the 60s but inside its wow. The location is great for access to the city and the airport. We really enjoyed our stay and have already recommended it to other family members for a city break. A big thanks to all the staff who made our stay that extra bit special.
