From the first telephone contacts with Catherine, the connection immediately passed. The passion for wine and its history are perfectly conveyed. We benefited from a tailor-made visit with a diversity of classified grand cru châteaux and gems with less than 2ha (Clos de Bigos) of production. From morning to evening, it was nothing but pleasure, sharing, learning and discovery. A big thank you to Catherine for this unforgettable experience. And a mention for the excellent picnic. On top of that, we spent the day with a smile on our faces. If we had to sum up this perfect day around wine it would be fun, discovery, history, technique, nature and tasting. Discovered by chance while looking for a guide to discover the Bordeaux vineyards, I came across Catherine's site. It was an incredible experience, in terms of organization, choice of castles but also sharing of knowledge. Catherine was able to provide us with all the details necessary for a good understanding of the visits, which is a real pleasure for wine lovers like you! I highly recommend that you discover, thanks to Catherine, all the subtleties of wine making!!! Another thousand thanks to her for this day which was unforgettable and enriching.
