A one-hour visit in three stages: screening of the film "The Life of the Oyster" (we discover the daily life of our oyster farmers), guided tour in the different scenographic spaces (reproduction, farming techniques, species, etc. ...), without forgetting the free discovery of the outdoor route with the traditional boats, the oyster farming equipment of yesteryear, the limed tiles, all harmoniously staged in the heart of the vegetation specific to the Arcachon Bay.
You will no longer taste oysters the same way!
