The Lac de Cazaux is also called “Étang de Cazaux et de Sanguinet”. This large body of water has the particularity of being straddling two departments. Thus, it is bordered to the north by the village of Cazaux, in the town of Teste-de-Buch , in the department of Gironde. To the west, it enters the land towards Sanguinet in the Landes. To the south, it stretches as far as Biscarosse. It runs along the Atlantic coast and faces Biscarosse-Plage.
To discover it, you can go on beautiful hikes , near its banks. You will also find good fishing spots there . During the summer, the beaches of Cazaux-Lac and Laouga are equipped to the delight of children and you will spend wonderful days with your family.
