On the menu are fresh products harvested that very morning : oysters from the Banc d'Arguin in spring and summer, oysters from Cap-Ferret in winter, and the unmissable gourmet platter featuring oysters, shrimp, whelks, periwinkles, homemade pâté, mayonnaise, and aioli.
