Thanks to its snack formula, you can taste its canelé-based creations, or prefer the well-worked original recipe. David G is a passionate pastry chef in constant search of ideas. Creative and ambitious, he took 3 months to develop the perfect canelé recipe, balanced and low in sugar to delight your taste buds. Light, crunchy and soft, its delicacies are delicious and offered in various forms derived from canelé. Taste the galletine, a canelé pastry topped with melting chocolate and canelé jam, or the choucane, a homemade choucane topped with creamy and surprising canelé mousse. Come and meet this canelé magician in his spacious, warm and cozy shop, open from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. every day except Sunday and Monday, or at the Hourtin market every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning.
