  A fantastic discovery and a wonderful day spent at Bassin Aventures! The park is truly impressive in its size and the diversity of activities offered. There are numerous courses with varying levels of difficulty, allowing both children and adults to have fun and progress at their own pace. The courses are varied, well-designed, and numerous enough to allow you to spend several hours without feeling like you're doing the same thing over and over. Thanks also to the very warm and welcoming staff; they are always happy to offer advice and help when needed. We will definitely be back!

  Éclaté. Nous avions réservés 2 semaines en avance mais sur place ne trouvant personne et aucune informations affichées, nous avons contacté la structure : activité annulée, aucun appel de leur part et en justification "nous n'avons pas réussi à vous joindre" avant que ce ne soit "nous n'avons pas enregistré votre contact" tout cela dit avec l'amabilité d'une porte en béton armé. De plus lors de la réservation par message nous avions dû reprendre la personne de la réservation parce qu'elle s'était trompé de date (la date était quand même noté juste au dessus). Organisation déplorable, je n'ose imaginer l'organisation interne.
