Hello, I wanted to share my experience so you can improve your offering. We booked a dinner cruise online, selecting the Garonne menu. It's worth noting that I have many food allergies due to medical treatment. The website didn't specify any allergens... Upon arrival... it was a disaster! 😅 (I'm trying to be funny, but still, €70 for the meal without drinks...) The amuse-bouche was salmon gravlax with honey sauce... I couldn't have it, but no matter, my partner loves it. For the starter, I ordered pâté en croûte with foie gras... Except that when it arrived, it was pâté en croûte with foie gras and pistachios... Again, I couldn't have it... Nuts... Oops... Nothing was specified on the menu. So the manager came over and explained that the dessert I chose, the lemon tart, had almond flour in its pastry... Again, nothing was mentioned. The manager went out of her way to find me a starter, but it's complicated. I think there's no real kitchen on the ship, so it's difficult to cater to people with unusual tastes like me 😅 It's okay, I should mention that if I don't have a starter, it's fine. A nice cheese plate, WITHOUT goat cheese, will be perfect for dessert instead of the lemon tart. The main course was very good... Guinea fowl with hay and carrots... Thank you 😉 And the dessert, we were on deck when they brought it, a beautiful cheese plate with a... damn... piece of Cabécou cheese in the middle, touching all the other cheeses... That's a bad joke 😕 I have cross-allergies; my body confuses animal or plant proteins with pollen. Believe me, I didn't choose this, and edema is never far away if I'm not careful. This review isn't meant to judge you, but to encourage you to think about how to improve... You should note your allergens somewhere—an asterisk, a "Nota Bene" at the bottom of the menu, something like that, even if people like me are rare... And I think it's even mandatory, but that's another story. Anyway, the guinea fowl and bread were good... I won't comment on the rest; everyone is the judge of their own enjoyment. Best of luck.

A wonderful experience on the Bordeaux riverboat, Le Sicambre. Boarding at noon, lunch from 12:30 pm. A 2-hour cruise. A very generous meal (Garonne menu). Starter, main course, and dessert for 59 euros. Excellent fish. The desserts could be improved by including a proper canelé from La Toque Cuirné. The one served was very disappointing and did not represent Bordeaux gastronomy. Service was a little slow, but the waiters were very attentive. Going at lunchtime allows you to better see Bordeaux and its monuments.

I cannot comment much as we left before starting. We were offered a table in a very bad position with the worst air conditioning ever. I tried to complain, but noone moved a finger (usually bordolais...
