  They were outstanding. We contacted several bike rental shops and Véloce was by far the most helpful and also the most responsive. We rented gravel bikes from them that were well maintained and included helmets and repair kits. They gave us great advice on route recommendations, and also offered to arrange both wine tastings and a picnic for us if we wished. When we opted instead to stop at a restaurant, they even made the reservation for us because we had problems with our cell phone connectivity. So glad we found this shop, we highly recommend them. And the cycling was beautiful.

  Myself and my husband hired electric bikes to tour around the Bordeaux wine regions. Medoc Bourge and St Emilion. Veloce s service was efficient comprehensive and value for money. Our bikes were well suited to the terrain they were powerful and reliable. We even had a great discussion with a staff member on our return to discuss the possibility of a return visit to a different region. I would thoroughly recommend veloce for a no nonsense bike hire company in the Bordeaux region

  We were a group of 10 cycling the La Vélodyssée and we rented a mix of e-bikes and hybrid bike from Veloce in Bordeaux. They delivered the bikes to Arcachon railway station to meet us from the station, and collected them from Irun in Spain from our Hotel. They were really helpful and friendly and more importantly able to meet our requirements for a one way hire, at reasonable prices. I contacted many other cycle companies in Arcachon and all of them would not offer one way rentals and collect from Irun. The "La Vélodyssée" is an amazing cycle route from England to Spain which we thoroughly enjoyed, and did in 4 legs, over 2 years. For smaller groups you can take your bikes back on the train, but for 6 or more having the drop off and collection service was really convenient.
