My experience at this spa was generally pleasant...until I was asked to leave in a way that I found expeditious and insensitive. I understand that the spaces are private and that a certain timeframe must be respected, but nothing had been clearly explained to me on this subject. I was therefore surprised to be rushed out, even though I had come precisely for a moment of relaxation. After my return, the management's response left me even more perplexed: they justified the situation by the fact that I had already had 1.5 hours there, implying that I therefore had nothing to complain about. The response ended by advising me to look elsewhere if it did not suit me. It's a shame, a place of well-being should place as much importance on listening to the customer as on internal organization. I am sharing my experience here so that other people can book with full knowledge of the facts. The card is nice but the kindness towards the customer is not always there.

We booked a duo stopover and everything was perfect, a big thank you to Laurianne for her kindness and gentleness! There was a bit of a wait for the massages so we were offered another jacuzzi session!
