• Le Salon de Sèze (48 m²) – Located opposite the hotel, this refined lounge can accommodate up to 40 people in a theater layout and 27 in a U-shape. Fully equipped: screen, flipchart, coffee machine, stationery.
• The Salon des Illustres (27 m²) – A warm and intimate lounge, decorated in an 18th-century style, perfect for confidential meetings or small cocktail parties. Capacity: 12 people in a U-shape, 18 in a theater or cocktail style. Equipment: video projector, screen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning.

• Le Comptoir de Sèze – The hotel's bistro restaurant can accommodate up to 80 people for a cocktail reception and 55 for a seated meal. Ideal for family lunches, cocktail dinners, or corporate evenings.
