The accommodation is divided into two distinct spaces. The Clown Room, located in a tower adjoining the house, spans two levels and can accommodate up to 5 people: on the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom (walk-in shower), and direct access to the park; upstairs, a second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, ideal for families. Both levels share bathroom facilities and benefit from reversible air conditioning, a TV, and Wi-Fi. The Room in the Park, a studio apartment for 1 to 4 people, offers a living area with a sofa bed, a sleeping area with a double bed, and an adjoining bathroom. The price is €80 for 1 person, €85 for 2 (tourist tax and breakfast included), and €30 per additional person. Towels are provided in all rooms.
