  We absolutely loved Floriane’s presentation. She explained everything clearly, step by step, in a way that was both engaging and easy to understand. What impressed us the most was how she used simple comparisons and relatable examples to explain wine terminology, making it easy even for people with little or no wine knowledge to follow along. She is truly one of the best guides we have met in this region. Her knowledge, passion, and communication skills made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Thank you so much, Floriane.   Had a very enjoyable wine tasting at Château Fonroque with some friends, where the second wine, Château Cartier, was already very pleasant with a nice balance and drinkability. The first wine, Château Fonroque itself, was in a completely different league: truly fantastic, with far greater depth, structure, and precision. The explanation of their biodynamic winemaking approach was particularly insightful, and the almost brutalist design of their wine tanks was strikingly beautiful and unexpected, adding a modern architectural edge to the traditional château setting. Thank you!
