The castle has three bedrooms furnished with refinement in keeping with the place and equipped with modern comfort. Château La Rose Perrière is one of the oldest properties in the Lussac Saint-Émilion appellation. With its 14 hectares, our human-sized property welcomes you all year round in its 3 bedrooms for short or longer stays.

Versannes Room
On the first floor, this room offers spectacular views of the vineyard. A unique and dreamy opportunity to relax overlooking the vines. This 35m² room features a large private bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub overlooking the vineyard.

Rose Perrière Room
This charming single-story room features a small seating area and is accessible to guests with reduced mobility. The 38m² room has a private bathroom, including a shower and walk-in shower, and a small seating area.

Perrière Room
This ground-floor room overlooks the castle's entrance courtyard, where a centuries-old olive tree majestically welcomes visitors. The 30 m² room features a large private bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub.

In the morning, a continental breakfast is served on the terrace facing the vines if the weather permits or inside the glass-roofed dining room. A visit to the vineyard followed by a tasting is organized on request.
