- La Maison du Ballandreau opens on one side to the very lively village of Monségur and on the other to its enclosed, green and peaceful garden.
  
  You can choose days "all on foot" punctuated by swimming in the swimming pool, local producers' markets (every Tuesday and Friday mornings), tastings of pastries, strolls in the cafes under the arcades of the village, cinema sessions d'Art et d'Essai, walks along the river... or days of local tourism with many wonderful destinations less than 1 hour by car: St Emilion, Bordeaux, La Dordogne, Lot-et- Garonne, the castles and vineyards of Graves, Sauternes, Entre-Deux-Mers...
  The house has been classified 5 stars by the Label national Meublé de Tourisme; it has been completely renovated and equipped after almost 2 years of work having favored local craftsmen and traders as well as durable, high-end, comfortable materials and furniture. Each bedroom has its own shower room or bath and toilet. The decoration is particularly neat with a palette of soft and warm colors. The house, by its layout, its volumes and its surface area (450m2), its long swimming pool sunny all day and secured by a low wall, its large covered terrace, its location... will guarantee you a beautiful, friendly and peaceful holiday with friends or family.

Superb place full of charm, large living spaces ideal for groups. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen has all the equipment needed to cook for a large number. A little too cold to test the pool but it should be great to use in summer

Unforgettable stay in this superb residence! A pleasure to be able to meet up in such large numbers, each in our own spaces, each more comfortable and elegant than the next (each room has its own bathroom!). A warm welcome from Sophie, who took great care of her. Impeccable bedding and cleanliness. The secure swimming pool and the enclosed garden (not to mention all the equipment available for the little ones) really allowed this stay for several families to remain very very pleasant. We will gladly come back !
