  In the heart of a park of several hectares, the residence welcomes you in apartments spread across small buildings (one floor) or in individual villas built in the Soulacais architectural style.
  
  The apartments or villas (capacity up to 8 people) have a well-equipped kitchenette, a terrace (garden-floor apartments and villas) or a large balcony (upper-floor apartments).
  
  The residence has a heated outdoor swimming pool with children's pool (open from 06/04 to 02/11/2024 depending on the weather) , a wellness area (hammam and saunas) , 1 pétanque court, 1 free tennis court, 1 children's play area, a city park and offers bicycle rental.
