  We had two amazing nights at the Hotel JOST, close to the train station and very easily accessible! The breakfast was incredibly generous, and we also tried their Italian buffet, which was absolutely delicious! The staff were truly lovely and made us feel right at home. It's a shame it wasn't warm enough to enjoy the rooftop pool, which is perfect for relaxing! I can't wait to come back here for my next trip to Bordeaux! Thank you, Emma and her team, for the warm welcome and friendly atmosphere!

  The reception staff were pleasant, but unfortunately, that wasn't enough to make up for everything else. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was very poor: a persistent vinegar smell, a dirty bath mat, no clean hand towels, an almost empty bar of soap, and a clogged sink. In the room, I was on the top bunk, right next to the entrance, with the toilet below: you could hear absolutely everything, which was very disturbing. The air conditioning wasn't working, and the kitchen was small and poorly equipped. Finally, there was a complete lack of respect from some of the other guests, with slamming doors and noisy comings and goings early in the morning (between 5 and 7 a.m.). I do not recommend this establishment and will not be returning.
