Great location very close to tram terminal, visitor centre & fabulous wine, food, supermarket & shopping options plus extensive riverside board walk options. Amazing breakfast buffet, friendly helpful staff, pleasant rooms with good amenities.

A disastrous night! Room No. 105 on the 1st floor, in the corner of the building facing the street. The vibrations made it impossible to sleep every time a tram passed, which is about every 5 minutes starting at 5 a.m., as this is the Place des Quinconces, a major junction for several tram lines. How can this hotel have a 4-star rating under these conditions? The breakfast was nothing special, not up to 4-star standards.

The hotel has a fantastic lost and found service. Thank you so much for returning my forgotten item. Regarding the stay itself, I can only say positive things: an ideal hotel for a city break. Very centrally located, clean rooms, and very friendly staff.
