The National Health Insurance Museum located in Lormont is today the only place in France for the conservation and transmission of the history of social protection, offering a true journey to the heart of solidarity.
For young people, future beneficiaries of social security, the Museum raises awareness of the values, benefits and challenges of social protection. For the general public, it contributes to the duty of remembering major social achievements and highlights today's challenges.Free entry for all
The Museum is pleased to welcome you:
- Self-guided tours by reservation: Monday to Tuesday and Thursday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- Guided tours by reservation : Monday to Tuesday and Thursday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Closed on Wednesdays, weekends and public holidays (8 to 30 people max).
