With a covered arena of 450 m2, 3 large arenas, 3 cross-country courses and a gallop track, the riding club, spread over 6 wooded and hilly hectares, has all the essential structures for perfecting your skills. Open all year round, children can start riding from the age of 2 and a half on a pony held by their parents for a 30-minute ride along a pretty stream and bamboo trees. The older ones will be able to take advantage of lessons and courses all year round for 1 to 2 hours of riding and caring for their mount. You will love pampering the furry residents of the Equestrian Center of Mios.
The Equestrian Center of Mios, disciplines adapted to all levels in Gironde
With fifteen horses and 22 ponies of different sizes, everyone can learn to ride. You will be supervised in a family and friendly atmosphere where passionate teachers pass on their passion through various activities. The hikes are horseback rides that last 1 to 2 hours at a walk, trot or gallop depending on your level. Ethology is also taught, work on foot with the horse to learn its behavior and know how to communicate with this beautiful animal. Dressage, vaulting, horse-ball, cross and pony-game, discover many disciplines during themed courses during school holidays or in summer. The little pride of this year is the qualification of riders for the French Championship of Eventing (complete horse riding competition). Arrivals 2nd on the top 10, what a feat to salute.
