  Disappointed by questionable business practices I'm giving one star to highlight a major lack of transparency. Ivazio is heavily advertising an "Unlimited ALL DAY Pass" for €29.90. The offer is tempting, but misleading. The reality: When you go to confirm your booking, you suddenly discover that access is limited to a maximum of 3 hours. The problem: I checked the offer description beforehand, and this time limit wasn't mentioned anywhere. It's a shame, because the potential is there, but using this kind of marketing bait to trap customers at the last minute is unacceptable. I don't recommend it, if only for the lack of honesty.

  I discovered the famous Crazy Week offer, which supposedly allowed me to "enjoy a day of unlimited access to all our activities," but when I booked it, it turned out to be just a 3-hour session that could be booked for 30 euros. Calling a 3-hour session a "day" on your website... I think we have different definitions of the word "day." It's shameful!

  A fantastic experience, best enjoyed with friends: this is my second time going: once to Prison Island with colleagues and tonight to the Quiz Room with them as well. We had a great time. Highly recommended.
