A very pleasant surprise for our first visit to Iris and Willy Spa in Le Bouscat. A unique concept that allowed us to have a wonderful mother-daughter experience. The welcome was fantastic; I thank them for their kindness and gentleness. We'll definitely be back! :)

Disappointing Experience, Missing Jewelry During a couples massage with my son, one of the therapists removed my necklace without telling me where she was going to put it. As a result, I forgot to put it back on at the end of the massage. No one reminded me, and no one called me over to say, "Madam, you forgot your jewelry." When I returned to retrieve it, the jewelry was gone! What am I to make of this? This piece of jewelry had both material and sentimental value for me. One of the managers I spoke to, explaining the situation, simply told me to "search" my pockets and bag. They offered no help or solution whatsoever. Conclusion: Be careful with your jewelry.
