Very warm welcome and helpful staff. The hotel is perfectly located. The hotel is clean. Breakfast was satisfactory, but it's a shame it's served in a small, dark room without windows.

The Hotel Point France is perfectly situated on the seafront promenade in downtown Arcachon. The hotel's interior feels very fresh, with a modern and clean entrance area. The staff is friendly, helpful, and at least bilingual. The room and bathroom were clean, renovated, and spacious. The television, safe, and air conditioning all worked perfectly. The rooms also have access to a shared terrace with a sea view – simply wonderful. The corridors are a bit dark. The breakfast room is a windowless space, small and cramped. In my opinion, the selection and variety of food and drinks at the breakfast buffet is rather weak and below average for a 4-star hotel. However, the quality of the food is fantastic – truly excellent! I also found the coffee to be rather average. The prepared egg dishes were a delight, absolutely delicious. The underground parking garage is the hotel's weak point; it's very old, partially dirty, and in dire need of renovation – urgent action is required. The room rate is in the mid-range.

Everything was perfect, although the sea is right in front of us, a small pool in front of the terraces (instead of the dry grass) would be so nice! Otherwise, nothing to complain about, a really lovely family hotel, all the staff are truly wonderful, helpful, and always smiling. Quiet rooms with everything you need. Thank you all, and I hope to see you again very soon. Delphine and JLuc Van Damme
