  Designed hotel in the centre of Bordeaux. Excellent reception staff, friendly and helpful. We booked throughout Amex Platinum and were told that we would be upgraded if available. At first we were checked in quite small rooms and on second floor, went to inquire for upgrading. The reception guy on night shift was able to change to higher floor with slightly bigger rooms though still small if looked at the floor plan put up behind the entrance door. Rooms are well equipped with all necessities with very modern touch. Breakfast spread was decent and able to order made to order egg dishes. However different day got different portion of the same dish( scrambled eggs). Delicious croissants and cakes. There is a shopping mall nearby and tram is just opposite, very convenient to commute to the Bourse and the nearby. We stayed for 2 nights with very tight winery visit and didn’t have a chance to explore more of the property. Highly recommend!

  From the check-in to check-out, the staff at this hotel was amazing. First class and very professional. The amenities are great too. I love how they have kitchenettes each floor with drinks, refillable flat and sparkling water and some snacks. The rooms are clean and spacious. We had to take the cab early to the train station and the staff made the to-go coffee for us! A little stuff like this makes the stay so much enjoyable. We would def come back and stay here again!

  Rooms are clean and comfortable. Loved the kitchenette with extra supplies of free fruit, drinks, water, snacks. Service from staff was amazing. Thank you for a super stay- would be happy to return.
