Le Cloître des Cordeliers An exceptional venue for your events in the heart of Saint-Émilion

The Cloître des Cordeliers, dating back to the 14th century and listed as a Historic Monument, is located in the heart of Saint-Émilion. Since 1892, sparkling wines have been crafted here using the traditional method, within three kilometers of underground galleries. 

 This exceptional venue offers a 200 m² modular private space, accommodating: 

• Up to 144 guests seated (dinner, gala) 
• Up to 180 guests in theatre-style seating 
• Up to 200 guests for a cocktail reception 
• Up to 1,000 guests in the gardens for large-scale events 

Facilities include: video projector, repeater screens, sound system, technical control booth, high-speed Wi-Fi, modular furniture, flipcharts, air conditioning/heating, ambient lighting, catering facilities, cloakroom, and full accessibility for persons with reduced mobility. 

The Cloître hosts a wide variety of events, from business dinners, meetings, and outdoor plenary sessions, to cocktails in the cloister or gardens, corporate anniversaries, and live culinary shows on the brasero. 

Tailor-made packages are available, such as: 

• Half-day + lunch from €80 excl. VAT per person 
• Full day + cocktail from €95 excl. VAT per person 
• Evening cocktail or gala until midnight from €90 excl. VAT per person 

The Cloître des Cordeliers also offers guided tours on foot or by electric tuk-tuk of its underground cellars, electric bike rentals, a wine-themed concept store, picnic basket-style dining, and a bar serving wines, cocktails, and spirits. From May to late August, festive summer evenings take place every Friday (jazz concert) and Saturday (DJ set), with free admission.
