Located about ten kilometers from the Bordeaux metropolis, Château Olivier is part of one of the oldest castles in the Pessac-Léognan appellation. Evolving over the centuries and the history that each owner brought to it by occupying the château, Olivier has managed to create a place for himself in the great Bordeaux vineyards. Belonging to the Bethmann family since 1886, Château Olivier has 60 hectares of vines (52 red and 8 white) on a property surrounded by 160 hectares of forest. A unique terroir and biodiversity that each actor at Château Olivier undertakes to respect.
Château Olivier are producers engaged in organic farming since 2021, for sustainable and responsible viticulture. These are also wines carefully crafted under the watchful eye of the entire château team : very pure, precise and tailor-made wines . The cellar of 40 truncated conical vats, allows the cellar team to receive the harvest in the best possible way year after year and thus vinify and age their wines in the best conditions. Château Olivier, Grand Cru Classé des Graves since 1953, it is a unique know-how, these are wines designed with passion but above all it is a story which, for centuries, has made it famous.
