Two years later, new buildings gave their dream a decisive boost. Because wine is above all about pleasure and sharing, Myriam and Stéphane have opened the doors of their estate through six memorable experiences, available year-round by reservation. The Authentic Tour immerses visitors from the vineyard to the barrel cellar in a one-hour discovery. The Farm Feast offers a gourmet picnic with local products and wines from the château —either a Land-based option featuring duck or a River-based option featuring lamprey and catfish. The Winemaker's Walk takes groups of 6 to 20 people on a 5- to 10-km hike through landscapes listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Gourmet Wine Break combines a tour and lunch featuring fine charcuterie, cheeses, and Saint-Émilion wine. The Winemaker's Workshop reveals the secrets of aging wine in oak barrels in the underground cellar.
