We made a reservation at the club for drinks and aperitifs on the rooftop in the late afternoon, but we weren't informed at any point, not even when we arrived (due to the weather). We were only allowed to drink, but we wanted to eat something. In principle, that's fine, but we expect this type of establishment to at least inform us of the situation upon arrival. We were seated at the bar without any explanation. There were five of us, only four armchairs, and no alternative was offered. We had to ask. To be clear: we were practically the only customers. As a result, four people were in armchairs and one was on a bar stool! The staff was very distant and dismissive. It's a shame, because the cocktails were good!

Great boutique hotel in Bordeaux. Very friendly staff who were full of recommendations. Beautiful room and lovely pool area. 10 mins walk to downtown. Would recommend highly

The hotel is very run down for a five star hotel. Rooms are old, dark and not luxurious.
