We would like to congratulate the entire staff of the establishment for their kindness and attentiveness. Special mention to Dimitri, the reception manager, and gold medal to Emma Jane who runs the rooftop with professionalism, customer service skills and all with a smile! A real favorite, a thousand thanks, we were won over! We will return and we will recommend to those around us this magnificent palace which deserves its 5 stars at all levels and our favorites, Emma Jane and Dimitri.

We had a beautiful 5-night stay here. A little walk to the center of everything but we really enjoyed our walks to and from. Rooms were large, well-appointed. The sauna/spa area was wonderful, as was the jacuzzi on our patio. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only downside was guidance, which we asked for before arriving, regarding a wine tour. Despite a few requests, we never really received any guidance or suggestions. Thankfully, we did find a fantastic tour on our own (via Bordeaux Wine Trails). Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.
