Le bistro Rémoulade, a traditional restaurant with a terrace in the city center of Bordeaux.
The chef duo Camille Dupraz and Pierre-Rémi Blanc now welcome you to 106 cours de l'Argonne between Saint-Genès and Saint-Nicolas. Come and enjoy comforting and intuitive seasonal cuisine in a modern bistro atmosphere. The patio at the back of the restaurant will offer you calm in the middle of the fervor of the city.
The plates are elegant and gourmet. Local, fresh and seasonal products are on the menu all year round.
The chefs change the menu every day according to the arrivals, and we want more!
At lunchtime you will enjoy a starter - main course - dessert for 22€ or a starter - main course or main course - dessert for 19€. The restaurant is a real neighborhood canteen where the various surrounding workers and families meet.
In the evening you will find a more extensive menu where the chefs let their creativity express itself in a 32€ formula. Emphasis is placed on the work of the products throughout the year and vegetarians will not be disappointed! In addition to the different types of fresh pasta made daily on site, vegetables find a real place on the plate at Rémoulade.
The wine list is rigorously selected. You will find some Alsatian and Savoyard references that will delight the palate of amateurs. The two chefs have chosen a short but very well-selected menu with fine references of organic, biodynamic or natural wines. This menu goes perfectly with the cuisine offered by the restaurant.
