We went into the small bistro just for a glass of wine. The place was empty, and the three waiters were cleaning up as if it was about to close. It was 6:00 PM, and I understood that the bar closed at 7:30 PM. They let us sit, but no one was serving us, and there were six of us sitting there. A woman stood up and asked to be served and was told "if you don't like it, you can leave" by a waiter. Another waiter approached us, and we told him the women at the other table had arrived first, and we were told "why are you talking to me like that?" This turned into a completely UNNECESSARY argument between the waiters and the customers. If it had been an unjustified complaint, I would understand. But we were just waiting to be served, and no one was serving us at the bar because we had to wait for service at our tables. I don't know what internal problem there was, but the customers aren't to blame for that. We didn't even receive an apology.

My visit to the Bordeaux Wine Museum, on August 11, 2025 at 6:20 p.m., was spoiled by a visit to this bar. Only three tables were occupied in the lobby. I was with my daughter and granddaughter in a stroller. No one approached us. When my daughter questioned the bartender about it, the young man replied that it was not a restaurant and that the tables were not being served. I have never seen such disgusting service. It was only after filing a complaint with the establishment's management that we received the desired order. Too bad! Unworthy of France.
