It all starts with the pleasure of welcoming you with a drink on the terrace. A moment of sharing to know your expectations when coming to our beautiful region.
I can advise you on activities, walks, visits to our Médoc heritage, such as the Cordouan Lighthouse (remember to book La Bohème), or the Richard Lighthouse or the Basilica of Our Lady of the End of the Lands in Soulac, or the Fort de Vauban in Verteuil, without forgetting gourmet getaways not to be missed, moments of relaxation to recharge your batteries...
I will offer you meetings with these talents who make the richness of our Médoc.
Looking at the map, you will see that we are north of the Médoc wine route which rallies St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux... A 20th km separates us from the wild ocean coast of Soulac s / Mer or Montalivet... only 7km from the estuary where the Richard lighthouse and its squares are the emblems.
La Mancine Laulan is the ideal place for holidays of relaxation, rest, calm.
La Mancine Laulan will receive you in one of its 3 spacious, bright rooms, arranged with discretion and elegant simplicity. The "king size" bedding is comfortable for absolute rest. The quality household linen reinforces this feeling of fullness. In the bathroom, a courtesy basket awaits you with toiletries. Each room has of course its own private bathroom and its own entrance. The 3 bedrooms are also on one level and are all 3 equipped with air conditioning. The 2 large bedrooms have a capsule coffee maker and kettle. Only the third bedroom has a multi-flavor coffee maker.
Breakfast (included in the service of the bed and breakfast) is a moment of pleasure. It is served on the terrace around a friendly table. According to your desires, we will accompany your hot drink such as coffee, tea, milk, with fresh, local products, fresh seasonal fruit, pressed fruit juice, delicious homemade jams, pastries, good fresh bread , a house specialty called “Natalin” but also cheese, charcuterie, croque-monsieur or madame, fresh eggs, if you wish… We are keen to provide you with a healthy, rich and balanced diet. We remain sensitive to your dietary concerns and we respect them.
We do not have a swimming pool, because you are only about twenty minutes from the ocean, and 40 minutes from Lake Hourtin. But we have an ideal petanque ground to wait for the aperitif time of the table d'hôte dinner. A table d'hôtes over the seasons where everything is homemade, with local products, from the region as often as possible. Remember to book your table 48 hours in advance…
Hikes on horseback, on foot or by bike mark out our village. We offer you free bicycles to explore this beautiful region.
Hiking, sports, in general it's not for you!
You are curious, interested in the typical, in human exchanges passionate about their know-how and who want to share privileged moments with you, I will give you these good addresses. It would be a shame not to take the time to visit the history of Bordeaux. Only 70km separates us from Bordeaux. A city rich in history. I will be happy to offer you the essential visits to discover Bordeaux by day, Bordeaux by night, the museums of Bordeaux, its parks, its gardens, its quays, its tram... which simplifies the link for the time of a daytime…
Finally, to make your journey easier, take the ferry from Blaye or Royan, a pleasant crossing lulled by the waves of the estuary awaits you...
