Le Cloître des Cordeliers Picnic baskets and artisanal ice cream in the heart of Saint-Émilion

French version: The Cloître des Cordeliers, dating from the 14th century and listed as a Historical Monument, is located in the heart of Saint-Émilion. Since 1892, sparkling wines have been produced there according to the traditional method, within three kilometers of underground galleries.

Open continuously 7 days a week and without reservation, the bar invites you to enjoy a Crémant de Bordeaux, a refined cocktail or a carefully selected spirit, in the gardens or under the Gothic arches of the Cloister.

The food offerings include customizable picnic baskets (vegetable spreads, pâtés, sausages, etc.), artisanal ice cream, and homemade crêpes. The place is perfect for a spontaneous gourmet break or a convivial moment with friends or family.

In addition, the Cloître des Cordeliers also offers guided tours of its underground cellars, either on foot or by electric tuk-tuk, electric bike rentals, and a wine-themed concept store. From May to the end of August, festive summer evenings are held every Friday (jazz concert) and Saturday (DJ set), with free admission.
