  We received a gift voucher for Christmas and were delighted to book a meal, massage, and spa treatment. Since the spa was booked for 2:30 pm, we booked a table at the restaurant for 1:00 pm. And that's when the wait began. The gentleman at reception seated us and gave us the menus. After a good half hour, a young woman came to see us, and I asked her the value of the voucher so we could choose our dishes accordingly. Another half hour passed, and the gentleman finally returned and told us the amount. We chose our dishes and our glass of wine, and then he left, apologizing because he'd had to fix other people's mistakes, that he'd been there for three weeks... blah blah blah. We waited some more, and I finally asked for a glass of water, and more apologies, blah blah blah. I was starting to worry about the time, so I said we had an appointment next. But no, we shouldn't worry and should enjoy our meal. Suddenly, it was 2:30 pm, and the spa called, telling us we had to leave our dessert and go to the spa. Our dessert would wait for us. The young woman, Agathe, called us over to see if it was possible to reschedule with the manager. Unfortunately, it was impossible, but thank you to Agathe for trying. We went back upstairs to eat our dessert and drink coffee, which was, as always, very good. And we go to the till and the gentleman, still as incompetent as ever, no longer remembers that it's a gift voucher and tells us that will make 97, I'll offer you the coffees and no sir the gift voucher was 112 euros so our coffees are paid for and you don't forget to share the tip with Agathe who deserves it.

  A very warm welcome from a smiling and attentive young bartender/waiter. A very nice and well-located establishment.
